Return Policy
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging with all components included.
How to Return
Contact [email protected] with your order number to request a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Exchanges
Need a different model? Contact us and we will arrange a direct exchange, subject to availability.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no cost.
