The slide is cut for the Trijicon RMR footprint, which also fits Holosun 407C/507C, Swampfox Justice, and other RMR-pattern optics. No adapter plate is needed for these. If you want to mount an Aimpoint Acro or a Shield RMS, you will need a separate adapter plate.
