The CZ 457 Pro Varmint SR is a precision-oriented bolt action rifle chambered in .22 LR. Its heavy 16.5-inch cold hammer forged barrel is threaded 1/2x28 for a suppressor or other compatible muzzle device. The black-painted laminate stock provides a stable platform for bench and field use, while the shortened 60-degree bolt lift offers smooth cycling and improved clearance for larger scope oculars. An adjustable trigger allows the shooter to tune pull weight, creep, and over-travel, and the drilled-and-tapped receiver is ready for scope mounting.
