The CZ 600 American combines the handling and appearance of a traditional walnut-stock hunting rifle with the modern features of the CZ 600 platform. Its control-round-feed bolt action uses a short extractor bolt system for reliable cycling, while the tapered medium-contour steel barrel is threaded 1/2x28 for compatible muzzle devices. The single-stage trigger is user adjustable from 1.3 to 3 pounds, and the drilled-and-tapped receiver accepts Remington 700 pattern scope mounts. A lockable detachable magazine, laser-checkered satin walnut stock, and rubber butt pad complete this practical right-hand field rifle.
