SN: 45815 made in 1914. 12 gauge semi-auto shotgun, 26″ round barrel and fixed Cylinder choke. Blued metal and walnut furniture with a 14″ LOP to the factory plate. Nicknamed the Widowmaker due to its unusual loading design with a knurled barrel band where the barrel is manually forced back and the bolt closes loading a round when it reaches the forward position. This was designed to bypass the obstacle of John Browning’s patent on the side charging handle. Stock has been lightly sanded, forearm has 2 small hairline cracks, bluing has some light wear from use but overall in very good condition for the age with an excellent bore.
