Serial no. UG4460. Manufactured in 1916, chambered in 6.5x52mm Carcano, 20″ round barrel. Bore is dark with oxidation noted in the grooves, while rifling remains visible. The right side of the receiver is marked “FAT” and “MADE IN ITALY.” The carbine shows expected handling and service wear throughout, and the bayonet attachment has been removed. A solid example of a WWI-production Italian Carcano that displays honest military use and later modification. Action functions correctly.
