Serial no. 323h. Manufactured circa 1945, chambered in 8mm Mauser, 24″ round barrel. Bore shows oxidation with strong rifling remaining. Serial numbers are non-matching. The original rear sight has been removed and replaced with an optic rail secured through the rear sight assembly, leaving the receiver itself unaltered. The stock disk has been removed and replaced with an Ethiopian national emblem, suggesting later Ethiopian association or service. The barrel bears an import mark. An interesting late-war K98k displaying both post-war modification and possible Ethiopian service history. Action is smooth and functions correctly.
